100% satisfaction Prior to buying a home with Hoss Pollard , he was very helpful in helping us understanding in details about the property in terms of the property structures, specific developer as well as step by step before, during and after buying processes. It was a great learning and purchasing experience for us with Hoss Pollard. We would most likely going to ask for his assistance again in the future.

Absolute best agent to work with. Hoss Pollard went above and beyond, several times, in all aspects of my buying a house. I had a friend work with him in the past and I knew when I went to buy that he was the only agent I wanted. From finding me the perfect house, I was not easy on him, to dealing with all the issues that needed to be fixed, to the final closing, Hoss was always there. Answered every question I had, replied very promptly to every text or phone call I made to him. Calmed my every fear. Assured me this was going to happen when I was freaking out. Mine was a difficult buy because there were things that had to be fixed before I could close. Hoss spent a lot of time dealing with the selling agent, dealing with contractors, making sure that I got the house I wanted and everything was done correctly to clear my 4 point inspection. He never complained, just told me some houses are harder than others to get things done and closed. Hoss has an awesome personality, is great to work with, and will definitely hold your hand all the way from finding your new home to closing on it. Anytime I hear, “I’m thinking of buying a home”, or “I can’t afford to buy a home’, I refer them to Hoss because I didn’t think I could afford my own home either. If you need a realtor that will always be there and will work hard to find you and get you the home you want, I highly recommend Hoss!

I am one of those seniors forced to sell my home because my fixed income can no longer keep up with inflation. I mentioned to a friend who is retired from real estate. She highly recommended Hoss Pollard. I made an appointment with Hoss and we discussed my situation and the best plan to move forward. Hoss Pollard has a life time of real estate knowledge that leaves very few questions to ask. His Southern Gentleman style is underrated as Hoss Pollard is very personal and shares his experience in the real estate world. Worth every penny! Hoss couldn't have done a better job marketing and selling our home. He gave great advice, and tackled every obstacle that came up with speed and professionalism, and helped to make the process as stress free as possible. He was even knowledgeable about how to reinvest our rental home proceeds. We really couldn't have had a better agent represent us. We will be using him again.

Back then, I knew that I was going to retire at the end of April, 23, and Hoss would send me two to three places in this area that he thought I would be interested in. Many a time, I would love a place, he would walk through it, taking pictures to show me that the pictures that I saw on line were not a good representation of the actual home. Finally, I told Hoss that I was going to come down and look for myself in person and if he could carve out some time for us to look at a few places. Long story short, I put a contract on my home, needed a home inspection before I could make my 5:30 plane back to KC. Long distance, in person, all the same, extremely professional in everything that Hoss does. Would never consider anyone else and would recommend Hoss to anybody looking to buy in central Florida!!

Best Person for the Job!! Extremely knowledgeable and dependable! We were out of state buyers so we had to rely heavily on Hoss for everything. He made sure we had onsite pictures and videos to include aerial footage so we would feel like we were actually seeing our home in person. We appreciate the time and effort he spent providing us with the information we needed to make informed and timely decisions. “I don’t know”, was hardly his answer and never his final answer.
