Best Realtor Ever!!! I’ve worked with my realtor on not one, but two condo purchases—and I’d do it again in a heartbeat (though hopefully not too soon, because moving boxes aren’t fun). He’s patient, has a good sense of humor while keeping things professional, is great at communicating, and he is ALWAYS on time. 10/10 recommend—easily the best realtor out there!

Our Best Realtor Experience Ever We couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Hoss. His knowledge is vast and his patience is deep. Every conversation and meeting that we had was incredibly pleasant and we felt comfortable knowing that he prioritized our interests. Life can be hectic and schedules can be challenging. Hoss was super accommodating with quick responses at any hour of the day, always with a nice and friendly tone. He is very honest and informative, which was a blessing. At no point did we feel leveraged to make a decision. It showed that he actually cared about us as the client. I know that we will continue working with Hoss for our future real estate transactions.

Absolute best agent to work with. Hoss Pollard went above and beyond, several times, in all aspects of my buying a house. I had a friend work with him in the past and I knew when I went to buy that he was the only agent I wanted. From finding me the perfect house, I was not easy on him, to dealing with all the issues that needed to be fixed, to the final closing, Hoss was always there. Answered every question I had, replied very promptly to every text or phone call I made to him. Calmed my every fear. Assured me this was going to happen when I was freaking out. Mine was a difficult buy because there were things that had to be fixed before I could close. Hoss spent a lot of time dealing with the selling agent, dealing with contractors, making sure that I got the house I wanted and everything was done correctly to clear my 4 point inspection. He never complained, just told me some houses are harder than others to get things done and closed. Hoss has an awesome personality, is great to work with, and will definitely hold your hand all the way from finding your new home to closing on it. Anytime I hear, “I’m thinking of buying a home”, or “I can’t afford to buy a home’, I refer them to Hoss because I didn’t think I could afford my own home either. If you need a realtor that will always be there and will work hard to find you and get you the home you want, I highly recommend Hoss!

Excellent agent The best agent I have ever dealt with! He goes out of his way to help you in anyway possible even on his own time he gives it his all . He is a true professional at his job if you are looking for an agent if you are buying or selling a home this is the agent you want thank you hoss for getting us through process of selling the home .
